The site crystalwaterbg.com (the Site) is an online store for the sale of systems, equipment and filters for water purification, providing the opportunity for online shopping of products from the specified categories. The Site also offers services for renting water purification systems under us and consultations are carried out by conducting a telephone conversation with a consultant. These services are related to the processing of different types of personal data of the user - individual, used for different purposes, which are regulated in this policy.

Definitions

1. Personal data in this policy means the meaning of this term, defined in Art. 4, item 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (Regulation) and means any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is an identifiable person, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more features specific to the natural, the physiological, genetic, mental, intellectual, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual;

Protection of personal data
In order to protect against unauthorized access and dissemination of personal data of our customers and contractors, Savio Ltd.|Crystal Water & Air stores this data on specialized servers with limited physical access, additionally using various methods to encrypt the data and restrict remote access to the database with them, and employees who have access and process personal data connect to it through unique identifiers.
Savio Ltd.|Crystal Water&Air does not collect, distribute or store any data related to bank cards, passwords and CVV2 / CVC2 data obtained as a result of transactions through the virtual POS terminal used on the Site.
